From his CM:

"Can transfer you 1.6mil (or more) for that bid. If you fail in bid to purchase, just transfer money back plus transfer fee I get charged. If you win bid, interest rate of 3% per week, with first interest charged on total amount (i.e. total due would be 1.6 + 3% to start off)."

I agree to these terms, all payments/anything else will be posted here, post the transfer fee here too so i know.
