Tender is bidding on EG's for me (im not posting the amount till afterwards) to lessen transfer fees. If The auction wins, i will start payback at 5% interest compounded weekly.

Auction sold for $1,629,993. I will pay this plus xfer fees back as soon as possible, shouldn't take more then 10 days or so.
The final loan is 1.715 mil with interest and transfer fee
