I was wondering if anybody knows how much experience I need to put in my UC before my (0) will change to (1)? Furthermore, what exactly will be the outcome of that change? Thanks for you help in advance.

The wiki is wrong. UC was rescaled after I made that entry. I never got around to brute forcing the rest of it.
To answer your question, I don't know. Find out and update the wiki for the rest of us :)
to answer the first of my own questions, somewhere between 11882 and 12186 (the jump caused by my training) I got my (1). I will update the wiki for everyone as suggested.
The wiki historically only contains the absolute minimum value to reach a certain level (look at Evasion compared to my Evasion spreadsheet). I will include your value as a new low in my UC spreadsheet, but it shouldn't be in the wiki until it's accurate.
