Do negative stats count toward stats difference? For example i have 1000 dx and my ec reduce enemy to -1000dx does tat mean there is a 2000dx difference between us?
His DX will be treated as zero or one. However, it will take him 1,000 of positive DX (for instance, from Haste) to get him to start increasing again.
