NUB LOANS

General Rules

1. Loans above $150,000 must have collateral
2. You Must only be a New player
3. Loans CAN NOT be sold for USD.
4. Post all payments here.

Process

Interest will be calculated as below.

0-100K $1,200 daily --- $8,400 weekly
101K - 200K $2,400 daily --- $16,800 weekly
201K - 300K $3,600 daily --- $25,200 weekly
301K - 400K $4,800 daily --- $33,600 weekly
501K - 1M $9,000 daily --- $63,000 weekly
1M+ maximum finance charge (unless penalized) 10%



Payment

* There is a minimum payment, of 10,000 daily, or 70K per week
* If a payment is not made either daily or weekly there will be a penalty charge of 10% of the loan amount added to the total amount of the loan.
* If payment is not received 2 days // weeks in a row, a warning via CM will be sent. Missing the 3rd week constitutes default on loan.
* Payments will be made a central character: NUBLOANS

< 100K 0.025%
100K-500K 6% one time fee
501K-999K 8% one time fee
1M + 10% one time fee.

but that shouldn't be a problem because NUB makes money quick
* If payment is not received 2 weeks in a row, a warning via CM will be sent. Missing the 3rd week constitutes default on loan.
