KX5 has not replied to CM's or email attempts to contact him regarding the balance of payments for this deal. Due to this, and given the time that has passed since the agreement to purchase was made, I consider the deal broken.
Fortunately Squidbeard held the bow pending full and final payment and is therefore entitled to keep it and any monies paid to date.
KX5 has been flagged as a credit risk to warn users about his "unreliability" for any future deals.
