I paid him 500k but then he didn't buy my membership for me

naruto sent final_disney 500k CBD for runescape membership ($5), which final_disney did not send.

There's no way I can check whether a Runescape account was transferred or not so you're on your own I'm afraid. Also, I suspect selling Runescape accounts is against their terms of service...

I didn't break rule 12 as it says no RS items but I traded CB items and membership isn't a item so i didn't break the rule

G_Beee is correct, it is indeed against their terms of service.

Only you or your family members are to get you membership.

This should have been done via PR, and preferably with a CB-player who had been playing longer and was more trustworthy. Looks like you fell victim to a scam...that you offered. =P his lucky day.

Yet we now know that he is a scammer and none of us will deal with him from now on.

For one thing, you could have made up that conversation, because you didnt make a PR thread, so its your own fault im afraid.

while it may have been more evident with a PR, like G Beee said, there's nothing that could've been done, and is the risk you take trading $CB for anything. I can easily show that i sent anyone $1000 USD for all of your (this is an open-ended you/your) stuff, and as G Beee and bart aren't paypal admins, they'd have no way to prove or disprove that I did or didn't.

it was a cheap lesson to learn, who would scam soemone for only 500k, maybe it was a misunderstanding or a technical error ? have we heard form disney ?

see that RR, your previous encounters have led to a good thing, another point of view, which also brings about another possible angle that will eventually work out for everyone. That is in the event that the possibilities you brought up are the realities of the situation. :)

Hopefully, there are misunderstandings and errors with communication afoot. Otherwise, sorry SK.
