Forgive a lazy cat but...
Is there anywhere that will give a rough NW calculation for Tats?

Tattoo NW is approximately 1.6 times the total exp necessary to raise one stat to an equal level.
For example
a 1.39 mil Magic Missile would require about 19mil experience.
19mil * 1.6 = approx 30mil which is the NW of a 1.39 mil tatto.
This is a really rough estimate but I don't use it very often so I'm not entirely sure of the level of accuracy.
Look on the named Items page for Tattoo's at various levels and NW's.
