How to sell CB$ without paypal ? (in General)

I'm from Bulgaria and paypal is not supported here.Bulgaria is in east Europe.Here we have support with english company I think which is moneybookers.com.There I'm verified with all bank accounts, credit cards.Nobody want to buy my CB$ money ?Have IBAN bank account. What to do ?

Find someone within European Community that has a paypal account and that you can trust (not to run with the money). They can receive the paypal money and then transfer the same amount of cash to your bank account.

I have friend from my country only and they don't have paypal because is not supported. :(

Anyone within European Community that has a bank account can send money to your bank account at the same costs as it would cost them to send money within their own country (in most cases, that would be free).
So, you should be able to sell your CB$ to anyone within the European Community...
To sell outside the EC, you'll want the help from someone within the EC with a paypal account, or else the bank charges will be too large.
