mmk... I need help..
If you added 200 exp points to blood lust would it do more damage than if you added 200exp points to strength?
if your BL says (0.60) then adding more exp wont do anything to it since that is the full effect. if it drops under the (0.60) the the 200 exp will be more effective, IMO, on BL than ST

Yes, but adding XP to bloodlust while it already is at (0.60) has no effect at all.
