anywhere between 68% - 73% depending on items.
All Terms will
be discussed via CM/PM and then I will Post.

If you would like your Armor or Weapons forged then I am your
Blacksmith.

Are you going to be forging my Morgul-Hammer any more before the loan expires? In three days I've seen an increase of +1 on the loaned items list.

Please let me know what you are planning on doing with it. I need to know whether to hire another forger with the cash I have left, or if I'll need to pay you for any further enhancements.
