NewLeviathan (NL) has agreed to instant down my $39.3M ELB for a $17.7M ELB and $15M. Upon confirmation, NL will pay $4.5M as a down payment and transfer the $17.7M ELB (and I will transfer my ELB). NL will pay the balance ($10.5M) over the next 4 weeks.
Payment will be tracked via this thread.
