Exbow question (in General)

I have a question about the stat drain effect of the Exbow on the rounds of combat. If I drain 100% of a targets str, will the blow for that round still be calculated at max str, or will it be calculated with 0 str? This is important for the placement of minions, and I couldn't find anything related to this in the wiki :D

If I am not wrong (which unfortunately always is), both parties will attack at the same time. That means for the particular round that you see exbow draining, the targeted minion will still have "undrained" str until next round thus able to perform damage as normal if its turn to attack.

Yeah, that makes sense.

Because when you hit with an axbow, they'll hit you the first round, but maybe not the next, because of the reduced DX.

I thought one team went before the other depending upon if you were attacking or defending? Far from certain tho.
