Clan -> Admin broken? (in General)

I am getting a Server Error when trying to go into Clan->Admin to process a clan joining application. Is this a problem with my browser or a more generic problem?

Clan Admin page is working for me.

This has happened several times before. I think the only way to fix it was to disband the clan then create it again....
