Well, I wasn't going to post, but whatever.
Had some ideas for tournaments. I'm sure some have been done (and I am aware that some of these won't be as fun since I've posted them, but I still will do it)
All melee (I know this has been done).
Mages (Done).
Store only stuff (Probably been done).
Now, here are some of the ones I like:
Brothers in Arms. Basically, two players work together on one character. Some ideas that would be cool would be free transfers between the two players on that character, or somehow make it so that both players can see the character. But, if nothing else, two players working on the same character and splitting the prize.
Missionaries: All players play like normal for first 4 (negotiable) days of tournament, then the winner is the first player to beat every other character in the tournament. I think, because I imagine retraining will be common as people try to maneuver to beat others, it would be fun.
Hehe. Mystery Box: The goal would be unknown. Just everyone play their favorite strategy. At the end I could have a variety of winning conditions. The one I originally linked would be the "Rudy Clause". Whoever used BA everyday, and honestly tried, but still managed to get the lowest MPR would win. Like one of those "Congratulations for participating" things.
Specialist Wars: No ST, DX, or HP on any minion, besides base. I think, personally, seeing who managed ED, DD, and OE the best would be rather funny.
