Probably some health condition in the dog that makes it do that... Kinda sick, if you ask me, to show your sick dog off for the amusment of others. That's if it is really sick, if its not...then interesting.
I dont know but he almost seems to stop at times and catch back up to the beat... Awesome if its really dancing :)
