Jugg is buying my +8 HoC for 3.25mil. It is currently in rentals for 1 month. He will rent it for the 4 consecutive weeks for a total cost of 160k which I will deduct from the 3.25mil (so $3,090,000). I will transfer the HoC permanently when it comes out of rentals.
Deal. And rented the HoC for the first week.

Turns out I have one HoC not in rentals, so he's buying it immediately for 3.21mil (since he already paid 40k for a rental).
