In view of the recent changes in BA refresh, BA available to buy etc., has the 1600 BA cap for NCBs changed?

After you create it, you can buy 1600 BA.

You can save up 1600 BA *before* the NCB is bought and you'll still keep it.

No, when you create a NCB, if I'm not wrong here, it clears out all BA over 160.
However, you can buy up to 1600 (the cap) and then someone can create an NCB and transfer it to you, circumventing that little point.
Or maybe he's changed it, and you get to keep it. But that's how it was before. *shrugs*

Ya, that's how it used to be. A few people told me that's not the case anymore. I haven't confirmed it for myself though..
