DD, AMF, AoF and NS (in General)

In what order are the AoF and NS applied with regards to the DD - AMF equation?

It matters here because of the 1.00 cap the AMF effect can get to. If the AoF is applied to the incoming AMF before the NS, you could get a situation that the AoF penalty (EO increase) is ignored (base Decay for example), as the AMF effect is already at max 1.00, then the NS reduce down from the cap.

Maybe this might explain why we see odd numbers coming from NS usage.
