Ancient Anubis/Mercurial (in Public Record)

HoC to be Transfered permanently to Mercurial From Ancient Anubis on the conditions that

1) Mercurial pays a monthly fee of 45,000 to be paid on the first of every month.
and
2) That Ancient Anubis reserves the right to request the HoC to be returned at the end of a completed month but not until Mercurial has had the HoC for at least 3 months.

Transfer will occur upon Mercurail's acceptance of these conditions and once the item has returned from its current rental to Mercurial.
