I am instaing my +36 MgS ~2.858mil down to SBW's +31 MgS ~1.212mil at 70%. The NW difference is 1.646mil, 70% of which roughly comes to 1.15mil. He will be renting my MgS in 20 hours from this posting and the 30k rental fee will be subtracted from the insta cost. I will then permanently transfer the MgS to him when it comes back to me in a week.
