Is there a way to calculate minion cost? (in General)

I scanned a list of all created pages but I couldn't find anything.

Alternatively, how much would it cost at 1.5 mil mpr for the cheap minion as well as the expensive minion, if no calculation is available.

You can use my XP calculator to figure out how much XP each minion on your team has. The largest XP minion determine's the cost. If I recall correctly, the XP of the purchased minion on the expensive option is 10% of the XP of the largest minion, but it's easy enough to check by doing what I suggest.

The cheap option can then be easily calculated, as it is $5 per XP point. The expensive option is $3 / XP point.

For the expensive option (the only one worthwhile to consider...) it costs $1 for every 3 XP your most experienced minion has. The newly born minion gets 1XP per $3, so it is 1/9 the size of your largest minion.

"When enlisting another minion you get the choice between 2 prices (except when you have a base character)

* Choosing the top option, the most expensive one, the new minion will get 1 experience for every $3 you pay.
* Choosing the bottom option, the less expensive one, the new minion will get 1 experience for every $5 you pay."
