Equipment Allowance (in General)

Why not have equipment allowance instead of PR weights and Weapon Allowance? It just makes so much sense.

You have to understand that WA was created to balance between attacking power per PR between mage and tank. If there's no such allowance exist, the introduction of PR weights on all items will jack up all tank's PR compared to mages with the same attacking power. It became an unfair condition.

While other equipment are more of a wash between mages and tanks, every team will equip something to be competitive. So the weighs are different for both camps, to balance things out. Implementing an allowance will be redundant.

I do not think it would be redundant to include WA in an overall EA... this will allow mages to have some sort of NW allowance without increasing their PR which would lead to slightly increased rewards. I don't think this is such a bad idea. It would force tanks to carefully disperse their NW between weapons and armor and not allow them to just pump endless amounts of USD into their giant weapons.
