CDWE: An Alcohol-y Canada Day (in Contests)

How much am I going to drink this Canada day?? Every has 1 chance to guess the number of alcoholic drinks I consume between now and midnight!
1 alcoholic drink = 1 Beer (except I can't drink beer), 1 cooler type drink (Smirnoff Ice), 1 mixed drink (rum & coke), and 1 shot.
Good luck all. Everyone who enters will receive an entry into the CDWE $1,000,000+ draw, and the winner(s) who is/are closest (either above or below) will win a bonus entry into the draw (you can guess the same number as anyone else).

I find it disgusting that a post like this is even in existence when using most common net-lingo acronyms is a criminal offence around here.
Considering that gambling is not allowed on this site because of what condoning it implies, this post should be locked and the originator fined.

NS, there is a CB lottery that has been run on and off for years without issue. I don't remember seeing a rule against gambling anywhere.
Also, there is no entry fee for this contest and thus no one is gambling their money here. Yes it is a game of chance, but no one has anything on the line. It is also not promoting that any one participate in any binge drinking, I'm just trying to have a little fun this weekend.
And for those of you who are curious, I had 7 drinks over the course of about 12 hours. I had a really great Canada day! I'll go through the post in a bit to give everyone their entries.

My gripe had nothing to do with gambling. What I find disgusting is that a contest like this is allowed, as it is people guessing how much alcohol you're going to drink. That's beyond pathetic, and in light of how other, tamer aspects of life are treated like cardinal sins, it seems dumb to let this be allowed.
For the record, this is what I was referencing:
Q: think a lottery / casino / other form of gambling would be a great idea!
A: Players are welcome to run any form of contest they like in the Contests forum (within the limits of the CB terms of use, of course), but there will never be gambling as an official part of CB. Although I realize that "gambling is a tax on people who can't do math," or alternately phrased, "gambling is a tax on stupid people," I'm still morally opposed to it, even in a game.
Given the moral opposition that CB takes towards gambling and towards the use of common alternative acronyms to ROFL and LOL that warrant losing all of your cash in a heavy fine, the fact that a post of THIS nature... one that doesn't just condone getting plastered, but encourages it... the inconsistency is mind-bending.

lostling: Check your transfer log and that will give you the majority of your entries. Don't worry too much about. There is always a record either in forums or in transfer logs as to who has what number.
NS: I guess I see your point a bit, although I still have to disagree due to the fact that:
a) No one was required to drink but me, and I never said I would be binge drinking or excessively large amounts of alcohol. People's guesses had no influence on how much I consumed.
b) I never once advocated for binge drinking, and there was even a post encouraging people who would be drinking to do so responsibly and not drive.
c) Alcohol has been discussed many times on CB with no censorship.
I guess this falls into a potentially gray area in the PG policy, and it will be up to admins to decide if there was any inappropriate material here and to take any necessary actions. This is my last comment on this issue as I really don't want to get into a flame war with you. I respect your opinions NS, and we should just drop it and let an admin decide if there was any inappropriate material now that your concerns have been voiced.
