Hey all :) (in New players)

Well, I've been playing CB for a month now, I think it's time to be active on the forum now :)

I stated playing CB 1 year ago, then quickly stopped because it was not really 'fun' to play : too much informations, too many numbers, too skills : too many non user-friendly things in fact.

But the funny thing is that I came back to CB a month ago exactly because I wanted a game with a lot of informations, a lot of numbers, a lot of skills, etc...

I think some 'templates' called Warrior, Mage, Archer, Monk, [Placeyourfavoriteclassnamehere] helping new players to train the stats that suit better there strat could help. As a result, a new player wouldn't be lost in a forest of numbers, he would be happy to see his Paladin doing good thanks to HP/STR/DEX trained correctly and later on he would be allowed to drop his Class if he wants, to try few things he learned while playing.

Maybe someone already made a similar proposition, and it is surely not perfect. But with this system, new players are not bored to death with an insane number of information and are learning how to play. :)

"Templates"? I actually like this idea very much...

Indeed, an excellent idea. It would certainly help reduce the amount of players who just train everything on every minion :)

Huh huh. Cuts on the "complexity" so many new players seem to be afraid of. Then when they get a grip on things, they can start becoming a bit more original with their strat.

This would even help some of us old players who either don't have a head for all the numbers or just want to try a different strategy-maybe one we have not used before. A worthy idea for sure.

Brilliant idea!
