Having read it over 20 times and people saying well done over and over, please, make it stop!
Too late for complaining now.
I thought that was what everyone wanted.

So you got exactly for what you asked. Is there some further point?
Mythology

Two points really neither of which have anything to do with agreeing that new players + carnage should be rejoined once more.
1) Isnt this message meant to be displayed when they complete the tutorial not over 50 times?
2) When I used to play back in the day if someone refreshed over 50 times an op would often say or do something...
The messages continues for the first day. After that it was "Welcome back" for another month.
Yes. The patient, caring, vigilant OPs should be constantly repeating that refreshing is not the answer. And trying to get a response. And, failing that, on the 30th time or so .... /kicking them out and sending a CM inquiring as to the nature of the problem. Eventually getting around to a /kill and yet another CM, this time asking them to please turn off their chat 'til they get their problem, whatever it is, resolved.

So be a leader! Set an example! Engage your mad refresher! You can't make it stop, of course, but you can always ask! :D

Don't bring me into this ;(. The left sidebar froze on me and I had to refresh the page twice to be able to do anything.

Zirilon, CB uses frames so if only one portion of the page, that being either the sidebar or the main frame, you can right click -> This Frame -> Reload Frame, that is if you're using FF not to sure about IE, but it should be similar, this would prevent you from reloading chat anytime you want to refresh.

Actually at the time I was on Opera, and it when right clicking on that frame it wouldn't pull up the menu at all, so I had to reload the entire frameset. Normally use Firefox but another game I play works a bit better in Opera/IE than Firefox, just didn't switch over.

Ah, alright. I believe FF works best for CB. There is also a Greasemonkey script that Verifex has made as well.
So we can create a new channel and migrate there :)
