[Tourney] Refresh Rate. (in General)

Are we supposed to be getting 10/20 refresh rate on our tourney characters? I believe this is the case, and I can't help but wonder how I came to have 108 BA after logging in on that character.

My Last fight on the tourney character was 1:14 AM server time, the time is now 6:11 AM (at writing), that's almost a solid 5 hours. at 10/20 I'd get 30 BA an hour, so at 5 hours away I would be on 150 BA.

I never paid much attention to all the other missing BA posts, just normal ones, not to do with tournies, with odd refreshes between 7/20 or 8/20. I did know that it gave different refreshes, so what's the case?

You can see this now, because I haven't touched my tourney character as of yet, check my battle log and I can assure you my BA is 108 right now.

fractional ba wouldn't explain it, i should have had full ba allotment by between four and five this morning by my reckoning. at 6:30 central i had only 140, so it was way off.

its never perfect, look closer on your main, you'll see.

a whole 42 BA, though?

There have been posts about this in the past. I recall writing a long rant that got deleted, then I only wrote a fairly short one. But yeah, it's been like that for a while.

With the BA cap, a few lost BA here and there doesn't seem like it would make much of a difference anyway, assuming that this effect even causes BA loss.

Something weird is going on though. I just logged in after being away for about 80 minutes, and my main character Miami Vice, with a BA refresh rate of 7/20, now has 27 BA. My tournament character, Sergeant Bromsnor, has got 33 BA. Something tells me that can't be exactly right, even with the odd BA refresh everyone gets from time to time.

You only need to look at battles challenged on tourney chars to see something isn't quite spot on. Lots of odd numbers considering we're all at 10/20 refresh.

That's true. And it doesn't just seem a couple BA here and there. If Its refreshing me like I'm 8/10 I should at least be getting those rewards, I'm getting jipped here.

Actually I was wrong, does sound fishy :P And I have also kinda experienced it.

I went to bed 6 hours ago, came back, my main char has 150 BA (8/20) while my tourney char has 154 BA (should be 160 for 10/20).

any admins have any input on this?
