Help with strat (in General)

Well i was wondering if i should get a ToA and equip it to my wall (would also probably get an elb and a morg) so i can get some extra damage in. Just want to know if this would help me or not.

Gear up. DX/Skill boosting things on the wall. Get HoC/AG/CoI on the mage, and a corn/AoF for the enchanter. Though you could always just use the ToE and stick it on the mage, reduces AMF backlash and its getting the full effect of the ToE, not just aura.

Use an exbow or axbow if you have an evasion wall. It might not be able to hit targets with an ELB without archery trained.

Use a SoD with explosive shots. It's a big more expensive but if your minion hits enchanters or walls, you will do splash damage to other enemy minions.

I would recommend against it. It would seem to spread to your focus too thinly. Besides the fact that it would add PR to your char, (and reduce your rewards), the fact that you now have to invest in weaps means that you are spending less on making you do what you do now better. You'd be better off with a RoE or familiar.
