When a person is flagged as being a credit risk, do they know it? Does an email go out? Is there any associated notification?

Don't think it does. Easiest way to find out is to (temporary?) flag you as a credit risk ;)

It's not always received before it expires, but I always send a CM to the person before I flag them. There's also a post made in forums too but yeah, perhaps the flagged user may be taken by surprise if they miss both forum post and CM. I usually don't bother with an email.
In total I guess I've needed to flag less users than you can count on one hand since CB2 started...

Because it's also very easy to un-flag an user (*much* easier than an un-reset ;), I think we could be a bit more trigger happy when it comes to this flag. What about late payments?

I agree.
Generally I always flag as a result of another user requesting me to do so.
Providing all the correct boxes are ticked (PR posts with clear details of the deal etc) then I'm happy to use it more often.

Warning!
An admin has flagged "username" as a credit risk! Proceed with caution! If you don't know why this user would be flagged this way, at the very least you should ask around before making the transfer.
Freed, you only see the flag when trying to send something *to* the user. When you buy cb, yuo're sending paypal to the user, and thus won't see the flag.
We should also get a warning in chat when we talk to certain users:
Warning: User is lying
Warning: User is not wearing pants
Warning: User is attempting to provoke you, do not fall for his lame attempts
Warning: User is new, and does not know the established rules, so stop yelling at him or you will be destroyed
Warning: User is Jonathan
