really annoying link problem (in General)

Any link I click on in the sidebar shows that message that says:
are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?
It really stinks because it happens when I click Fight, Home, Train, and all those other important ones. When I click ok it shows me the page, but without the sidebar and I also leave chat.
