Feature request due to ammo changes (in General)

When looking at the store history, the "Restrict to non-ammo" option is grayed out until you select "Restrict to rares". Given the ammo changes (ie, there is no longer any rare ammo), can this option always be available? It would be very useful to search on non-ammo without searching for rares.

As a follow-on, what was the reasoning behind this option originally? Does the premise still prevail?
