No Challenge Bonus? (in General)

I just started a tourney character (yes, just now =D ) and I only get a tournament bonus, but no challenge bonus. But on my main character I still get challenge bonuses. So... what's up? Did I miss a change?

at very low levels there are no challenge bonuses... as the character grows they should reappear

Now (around score 40) it started showing up, but makes no sense. -45% against opponents with higher score, PR, and MPR?

prolly not higher than your VPR...

VPR doesn't count in calculating challenge bonus does it?

VPR is the only thing I know of that's compared when calculating chal bonus

Challenge bonus kicks in at a VPR of 100
