lesser tats/fams (in General)

i don't really like the way lesser tats/fams work into the game at the moment. before the advent of tourneys, they seemed to work better. now however, with tournaments it seems that lesser tats may not quite be fitting the bill. they can be hard to find for one thing and they are only going to be less so with so many being lost at the end of tourneys.

firstly, i propose that lesser tats/fams have no levels. they are always your max tat level and capped at a certain amount. i would think somewhere between 100k and 250k would be appropriate. newbs and tourney players wouldn't have to be concerned with keeping a tat at max level and they would be very user friendly at the beginning of the learning curve but still pretty much useless after a few months.

the second part is that all tat/fam types except for the roe could be spawned as lessers. it would open up some more strat options to have lesser jigs and halidons.

finally, i would like to see lesser tats/fams available at zero level and for a fixed cost in the store at all times. there would be no reason to hoard them any longer and both newbs and tourney players would always have the tat/fam they needed. i think we can all agree that they are a necessary part of cb2,

I agree that lesser tattoos should spawn in stores. They are kind of aimed at the newbies anyway, and they are rather useless except at the lowest levels. It's not like they need to be treated as Rares.

Always at max level until a certain max level (100k or so), then they resume their terrible growing rate.

They already spawn into the store - why do they need to spawn into the store on a permanent basis?

So new players have an easier time getting one early on, perhaps?
