Sooka is buying a HoC from me for 4.5mil. He will rent it out for two weeks from rentals which will cost 200k (2x 100k/week). I will deduct that 200k from the 4.5mil so he will be paying 4.3mil. When the HoC comes out of rentals in 2 weeks I will send it to him permanently.
