Nevada couple blames internet gaming for their child neglect

That just puts a bad taste in my mouth. They used $50k on computer equipment and a tv, (which obviously means they had no other needs), instead of setting up a future education. Just disgusting.

Since when doesn't a TV count as education? ;)

I'm so happy to be a part of what is undoubtedly the most selfish generation in history.
Seriously, what kind of phenomenally un-PG garbage mentallity even considers that a defense? Beat the parents with sticks and make them go without food or bathing..... forget their civil rights like they forgot their kids.

And heck, I don't even like kids!

And amazingly, they somehow found the time and energy to care for themselves, though they couldn't for their children. Sounds more like selfishness and irresponsibility to me.

This is actually nothing new. I read last year that a couple in Japan let their kid starve because they spent all their time at an internet cafe playing WoW.

And then we discovered carnage, and it was all over for us!
