Goals bug fixed (in New players)

It now gives rewards correctly again. Sorry about that.

(It still gives an error to IE7 users when it tries to update the list in the sidebar. Working on that.)

I didn't get the javascript error when completing the ranged goal (right now). I did get the javascript error when completing the 500 score goal the next battle (should have been the same battle, as I already was 500+ and using ranged).

Apart from this single error (which does not affect the goal itself), I have completed all goals successfully, except for the forum goal.
