I was wondering why we weren't able to forge "down" items? I know it seems silly at first, but items with higher PR weight that don't necessarily need to be upgraded, the HoC is main example I've read about in most threads (to quote Miteke: "it should never be upgraded") . So does forging have to be an irreversible process? Or can a change be made where we have more control of our PR weight?
