Why is the NUB/NCB% *dropping* ?? (in General)

Koy and the other top characters have only been growing. Growing rather wildly I might add. Meanwhile, NUB/NCB% goes DOWN? My NCB has 144%, and I'm 3 months in. Since then, the NUB is now only 142%. How can that be right? At best a *perfect* NCB can only reach like 2mil mpr. Meanwhile Koy is about to hit 3mil mpr. Is this really what is intended?

The NCB I started 5 days ago has a 141% bonus...

If you check the history graph for Black Sophist you'll see I've done near perfect. Named RoE to 1.4mil, all that good stuff. But there's plenty other examples; Oddbird's NCB was stellar, and of course Mikel's performance which really can't be topped (and now impossible to replicate due to the 20% drop in NCB%).
I brought this up recently too. OB made his NCB which got like a 145% bonus, I believe. I made my first NCB like 2 months after that and I believe I got 144%. Then 1 month after that, I made my second NCB and it gets 143%. At this rate, in a few years, the NCB should be 0. XD

My 2.5 months old NCB has a 144% bonus if that means anything.

Yeah, my NCB still has a 145% Bonus on it. Whoever wins my Boasting Contest can check for themselves when they win the character.

NCB / NUB is never going to be enough to catch the top players. There's just too big a gap to bridge once it runs out. The only way I believe you have a chance to catch those at the top is to scrap the BA limit entirely, and tweak the amount of BA per 20 minutes accordingly. That way, it doesn't matter how long or how often you log on, you will all have a level playing field regarding the amount of BA, and the rate of BA gained would be the way the newer (and / or weaker) players catch up (as well as how you use it of course).
And to make sure 'crazy cash / XP times' are not abused with this large excess of BA is to limit the use of 'free' BA to it's current amount, for the duration of these special periods. That is, base of 160 + the amount of BA you would generate normally over the 6 hour period (6 x 3 x BA rate). If you want more, buy it like we already do now. After that, just lock the person out from fighting. Then they can still use any extra BA for other things like forging.
I know, I know, this subject has come up a hundred times already, and continues to some up every now and then, never really going away.
