Crazy money time timing... (in General)

Why does the crazy money time always occur a few hours after the crazy XP time?

Wouldn't it make more sense to make both time completely random and independent from each other. Just impose a 4 hours minimum time difference between each crazy time.

Unless of course there is a reason behind the madness (as is usually the case).

Because you choose one or the other? Use all BA on xp or money...?

or use all BA at the end of XP time, then use full BA in money time, or vise versa..

Also, the times are set, so they run in everything 6 hour time periods of each day. 2 different ones on tuesday and saturday

It doesn't always occur after. Look at the schedule. They are half a day each, spread half a day apart, and they switch to accommodate the international contingent.
