ack! help pls (in Off-topic)

so my avg scanner found a Trojan.eys, the file is zip.sfx, the extension is a self extracting file, i have been looking around online but i cant find anything about this being reported as a virus...

has anyone else gotten this today also? should i be worried?

Hopefully someone later will get online that can help more. I just wanted to respond to give my condolences. lol. It sucks to even think you have one. Hopefully you don't and caught it quick. Good luck in fixing it.
