Tattoos (in General)

I just thought that i would voice my opinion:

IF the tattoo artist is able to up tat lvl with money, a few things would happen: The people at high mprs-- the top 10 for example, would be harder to beat, and therefore it would be harder to crack the top 10, just because their already large tattoos would become larger... quite possibly kept to the top of their max tattoo. Now, if some of those characters can beat another of the Top 10 without a tattoo, they might be inclined to use a RoE while spending BA, and equip their tattoo as defense. Their tattoo would naturally stay at their max, and they would gain mpr faster. This only makes the need for the N*B bonus to be increased (that is NCB and NUB). And, yes, the tattoo artist change would benefit USD spenders.

However, I do support the tattoo artist changes, because apart from the Top 10, it would GREATLY benefit the whole of CB, especially NUBs who would have the cash at hand without the USD to be able to use the tattoo artist-- the other side of that argument is that NUBs need the money for items, which is EXTREMELY true due to the high price of past supporter items. But the tattoo artist change would definitely benefit the NCBers. (They can use RoE for more mpr and then have a big tattoo at the end of their NCB)

Keeping the RoE the same, another change which I support will also benefit the NCBers. However, this gives those in the top 10 a huge advantage --a 5.5M CoC blast might be enough to kill any team in one shot. So I believe that there needs to be some sort of restriction-- not to N*Bers, but to normal characters at a certain mpr or something like that.
