BA Regen rates: permanent? (in General)

Given that it has been a while now since the BA regen was changed, I was wondering if this is now a permanent thing. In the original post it said this would be a test, however I haven't seen any subsequent posts regarding the issue.

Also, if it is permanent, the "Remove non-3-point clan" link in the supporter fightlist menu should be changed to "Remove non-6-point clan"

Well, user quantity-wise, I don't think it made a difference...but I have become used to the BA regen :P

So I do hope it stays, there is no way in heck I'm going to wake up every 3-4 hours to forge.

I've grown accustomed to this change as well, so I'm under the assumption it is permanent. *shrugs* I think most people would prefer it to remain this way, and I should I ever become competitive again, I would want it to be this way; however, it doesn't matter to me one way or the other now, since I'm going more towards the lax end of the scale. ^_^
