Yeah, the BIN was low, and actually, it just could have been a mistake (someone leaving off a zero...) I just thought that transfers through auctions were discouraged since that gets around transfer fees and stuff, doesn't it?
Not a big deal to me -- it actually helped make very sure I had all my zeroes there when selling my pair of NS. *smile*

This is a bad example and nothing to do with Central Bank. Both users are already under investigation for similar "shenanigans". Looks like it's public now...
