Here is the lowdown:
I am buying the belegs in auctions for spork for 1.6 mil. He is sending 100k right now. The remaining 1.5 mil will have a 5% interest rate applied to it. Belegs will be returned after the loan is paid. It will be loaned back until the debt is repaid.
Current Loan Balance: $1,575,000
