Random Black Market Idea (in General)

How about associating Black Market votes expiration date to the number of people voting for an item. For example, each new person to vote for an item decreases the amount of time before the votes expire. On the other hand, if one person votes for an item the votes don't expire for an extended period of time giving the person the chance to still make the item spawn, albeit very, very slowly. This seems as if it would be more like the function of a real black market situation.

Yeah, its not a bad idea as far as realism goes, but if it takes a week to get 60 people to vote for something, and you need 88 lets say... instead of all of the votes expiring, we need MORE votes for the item to actually spawn.

If this was to be implemented, every item would have to be lowered in terms of the voting number required to spawn.
