novice/krasko deal (in Public Record)

[com-E]novice has agreed to level my Tattoo of Endurance lvl 3,235,403.He will add 4mil NW for free,after i ll pay him 25% for NW increase.I agree to pay his transfer fees and the tattoo re-ink costs if he reach 4mil NW.If he cant reach it or he wants to cancel the deal before reach 4mil NW he will cover his transfer fees and he will give me 400k to re-ink my tattoo.He can use the tattoo for 3 months,after that we have to agree on new period.
