Firefox AdBlocking Add-On (in Off-topic)

I'm looking for a very good ad blocker as a Firefox extension. Do you have any recommendations?

I personally love Adblock.

you can right-click ads and block them and they won't show up.

for further security, I'd recommend the NoScript addon. It's a little tedious going to pages and having to enable scripts, but ever since I added it, my computer has not been infected by any virus, spyware, adware, anything that norton and adaware can detect.

Adblock Plus. Works excellent.

Are there other extensions besides Ad Block? If you really need serious ad-blocking, get Greasemonkey and go to userscripts.org for specific site ad-blocking solutions. Or you can try using the Ad Block filtering configuration.

For serious ad filtering I'd recommend proximitron. Browser independent. But Adblock does its job very well and is good maintained. Additionally CustomizeGoogle, if you use their sites a lot. But of course nothing is as good as a custom page script.

adblock plus with Adblock Filterset.G Updater. works great for me, snk. you know im picky. just be sure to whitelist carnageblender or your auctions page will break =)

I agree with drudge. Those two have removed 99.9% of ads for me.
