I wanted to start a NCB character and found that the BA cost is 275 each and I can purchase 288. Is that normal? I do not have any active characters except for a "base" character and a tourney character. Do I have to wait until tomorrow after cache before the cost and numbers get refreshed? Also, I just transferred a big character to another player if that helps.
