Does the Mageseeker target the minion with the highest DD level before or after multipliers?
In other words, does it target the highest trained DD level or the highest effective DD level?

effective, I'd imagine, just as ex/axbows target those with the highest effective ST/DX? Unless I'm mistaken.

The Ax/Exbow only target train level, I assume this is roughly the same thing. Seeing as it targets like them.
