Yeah, I know that it has that nice endurance, but maybe a few tweaks here and there that can make the jigg more powerful (and less useless) as you get higher and higher up.
Perhaps more damage, or more UC, or an endurance aura?

i personally would think its the UC curve thats hindering the JKF.. yep UC needs a slight boost

How about instead of bringing all Tattoo's up to a high level to, how about we bring them all down so that you don't have to have one if you don't want one?

What he means is everyone wants tattoos to be boosted upwards, so that they can be a decent option compared to all the other ones..but INSTEAD, why not lower all tattoos so not using one is an option aswelll =)
At least, I think thats what he meant.

Tattoos are integral to the game. They are one reason CB2 exists. I can't imagine changes that make them unnecessary.
